John Farley is genius. The person who made the subtitles (someone at the broadcaster) is also brilliant! There are jokes that aren’t translatable, but he/she makes very funny jokes at other points that John Farley doesn’t make. Being a translator makes me appreciate the work someone put into that. Because it is very hard to translate jokes! Anyway, the zakje video has started to lead it’s own life on youtube, huh? It’s very popular. :) Probably because it’s so funny. :D
Great to see another expat blogging about living in the Netherlands. The AH clip was on the button, loads of funny thing happen here as the Dutch have a completey different way of approaching life than anglo-saxens do. Thanks for the giggle :)
